At Ipakshi, every garment is meticulously crafted with care — and we extend the same philosophy to how we deliver and support your order.
Shipping Information
Worldwide Delivery
We ship globally from our studio in London. Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please note, during high-demand periods or limited-edition launches, dispatch may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.
Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to follow its journey.
Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, duties and taxes may be levied by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel completely at ease with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer a return.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify:
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags intact
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Shipping Fees
Return postage, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will reflect the garment cost minus original shipping charges.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Should you wish to change your item, kindly return your original purchase and place a new order.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of its status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank to process and post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund confirmation, contact us at hello@ipakshi.com.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Should your garment arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom or personalised garments
- Sale Items
- Gift Cards
- Personal Care Products
- Flammable or Hazardous Goods
EU Customers: Cooling-Off Period
If your item was shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet standard return conditions stated above.
