Each IPAKSHI garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our garments, slight variations in finish may occur. All items are subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time.
We do our best to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device settings.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods offered through our checkout. Your payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days unless otherwise stated. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct when placing your order. IPAKSHI is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect addresses or customs procedures outside the UK.
5. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags attached.
The customer is responsible for all return postage costs, including any duties or taxes. We recommend using a tracked service.
